• PayPal Only (USD), full upfront payment first before I send the final artwork 

• Extra charge may apply depending on the complexity of the character.

• Revision will be given during the sketch phase. After that, any considerable change will be charged.

• Once the art is finished, the artwork will be sent to the client's contact E-mail in PNG [Illustration] / PSD [Model] format.

• I reserve the right to decline any and all commissions.

• I will not accept any commissions for racist, sexist or other imagery that make me uncomfortable

• No Refunds

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work

• Watermarks are non removable and must be present without modification if used/posted

• Secrecy status [+$60] option is available for illustrations. Vtuber models have a limited secrecy period included. (Artwork will still be added to my Pixiv/Portfolio)

• Crypto/NFT/A.I. usage is strictly forbidden.

• Chargebacks are not allowed in any situation. All rights given for the usage of the artwork will be removed if done.

• Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post or use the artwork on any platform

• You are not authorized to change, modify, edit my works without my permission (Live2D non-permanent vtuber model color edits are allowed)

• Violating the Terms will result in immediate blacklist.
  
  [VTuber Model]

• The model can be used for streaming and other personal uses, no secondary sales. (For special cases please contact me)

• The model cannot be sold to other without my permission.

• Fixed credit is required (twitter bio/twitch panel).

• Final file is a PSD with up to 7 free expressions. The model is separated in layers and ready to rig. (Does not come with the rig) 

• Extra items will have their prices based on complexity

• The payment can be divided in 2 parts (Before starting and at the end before sending the files).

• Commission request must come with the original character design/reference sheet 

• Secrecy period is limited and the artwork will be added to my portfolio at a later date.

• Support for the model (New additions and changes) can end at any time for any reason by the artist
  
  [Commercial]

• Full commercial use increases the price by 100% of the original price. The final price will vary depending on the artwork’s commercial usages. 

• Reselling the model once (adopt) and using the model art on merch can be added separately and applies 50% of the original price each.
