• I retain all rights to my work in any form.

• Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial or special use, please contact me directly.

• All communication regarding commissions must be done via email.

• Payment is via PayPal (USD). Full upfront payment is required before the final artwork is delivered.

• An additional charge may apply depending on the complexity of the character.

• Revisions are offered during the sketch phase only. Significant changes requested after this stage will incur additional charges.

• WIPs (work-in-progress images) will be provided during the sketch phase. Additional updates may be provided at key stages, depending on the commission type.

• Finished artwork will be delivered via email in PNG format (for illustrations) or PSD format (for VTuber models).

• The files may be stored for a limited time after delivery. The client must ensure to download and back up the files promptly, as I cannot guarantee availability beyond a certain period.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

• I will not accept commissions involving racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive content, or any subject matter that makes me uncomfortable.

• Abusive, harassing, or unprofessional behavior will result in cancellation of the commission and a permanent blacklist, regardless of project status.

• No refunds will be issued once the work has begun.

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my work.

• Watermarks must not be removed or modified and must remain visible if the artwork is posted or used publicly.

• A secrecy option is available for illustrations at an additional cost. VTuber models include a limited secrecy period by default. (Note: The artwork will still be added to my Pixiv/portfolio at a later date.)

• Use of my artwork for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI training/generation is strictly prohibited.

• Chargebacks are not allowed under any circumstances.

• You must provide credit to me as the artist when using or posting the artwork on any platform.

• You are not authorized to change, modify, or edit my work without permission. (Note: Minor non-permanent color edits for Live2D VTuber models are allowed.)

• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the commission and my current queue. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated via email/Discord.

• Violation of these Terms will result in an immediate blacklist and termination of any future business.
  
  [VTuber Model]

• VTuber models are for streaming and personal use only. Secondary sales are prohibited without prior permission.

• The model may not be sold, transferred, or given to others without permission.

• Clear credit must be provided in your profile bio or displayed on your active social or streaming platforms.

• Final delivery includes a PSD file with up to 7 free expressions, fully separated and ready for rigging. (Rigging is not included.) 

• Extra items or features will be priced according to complexity.

• Payment for VTuber models may be split into two parts: 50% upfront before work begins, and 50% before final delivery.

• Commission requests must include a completed character reference sheet and original design.

• Secrecy period is limited. The model artwork will eventually be added to my portfolio.

• Ongoing support for model updates or changes may end at any time at my discretion.

• Clients currently receiving support for their models, including fixes, adjustments, or additions, are required to comply with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before initiating a new commission or requesting ongoing support.

• In the event an existing client acts in accordance with an outdated version of the Terms and violates rules in the updated Terms, they will first be notified of the changes. If the conduct continues after notification, it will be treated as a violation of the current Terms.

• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the model artwork complies with the terms of service and content guidelines, including clothing and body exposure, of any platform on which it is used.
  
  [Commercial]

• Full commercial rights increase the price by 100% (i.e., double the base commission cost). Final pricing will depend on the intended commercial use.

• Permission to resell the model once (e.g., as an adoptable) or to use the artwork on merchandise can be purchased separately at 50% of the original price each.

• VTuber models include commercial rights for streaming and monetization on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, etc. by default.

• Any other commercial use, including but not limited to merchandise, promotional materials, or resale, requires the purchase of a commercial license.
